When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout.
You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or using the link provided in your order confirmation email. Once a subscription order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or modify that specific shipment.
If you ever need help managing your subscription, our support team is happy to assist.

Our products are vegan-friendly, meaning they do not contain animal-derived ingredients. However, they are not certified vegan at this time.
While our ingredients meet vegan standards, we choose not to carry formal certifications so we can maintain flexibility in sourcing the highest-quality ingredients and formulations.

All PuriVibe products are formulated to be gluten-free but only two gluten free certified - Chlorophyll Shots & Pineapple Ginger Shots.
We carefully source ingredients and work closely with our manufacturing partners to avoid gluten containing ingredients and cross contact risks.
If you have celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity, we always recommend reviewing ingredient labels and consulting your healthcare provider

We get it, “natural flavors” can sound vague, but transparency matters to us.
All of our natural flavors come from real food sources and are custom developed to enhance taste without artificial additives. Because of FDA labeling requirements, even blends made
entirely from natural ingredients must be listed simply as “natural flavors” on supplement labels.
Behind the scenes, these flavor blends are created using plant-based extracts, fruit concentrates, and botanical compounds, never artificial flavoring agents. For example, we use crystallized lemon in our chlorophyll shots.

Yes! You can set up multiple subscriptions with different delivery dates. For example,
one product could arrive on the 9th of each month, and another on the 15th.

Log in to your subscription account and go to the Billing Information tab to update your
payment method or billing address. (Note: This will not update your shipping address
see below for those steps.)

Absolutely! For example, you might get your favorite wellness shot on subscription, plus a one-time purchase of another PuriVibe blend you want to try.

Yes. Log in to your account, click Delivery Schedule, and hit Skip next to the delivery
you want to skip.

Log in, go to Subscriptions, click Edit next to your current address, and update your
shipping info. This will only change your delivery address not your billing address.

If an item is out of stock, your subscription will ship once it’s back. If you’d rather not
wait, you can log in anytime and remove or swap the product.

Yes. Log in to your account, select your subscription, and choose Cancel.

Subscriptions already include a built-in discount, so additional promo codes can’t be applied.

Gift cards can be used for one-time purchases, but not for subscription orders.
