We want you to love your PuriVibe experience. If something isn’t right, just email us at hello@purivibe.co within 60 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your item.

Please note:

• International orders are final sale, except for Canada (see our International Shipping Policy).

• Refunds cover product cost only and don’t include the original shipping fees.
