Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your PuriVibe experience. If something isn’t right, just email us at hello@purivibe.co within 30 days of receiving your order.  You can also access your account here.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your item.

Please note:

• All juice powders and consumable products are final sale for safety reasons, but please reach out if you have feedback.

• International orders are final sale, except for Canada (see our International Shipping Policy).

• Refunds cover product cost only and don’t include the original shipping fees.
