Subscription FAQ
How do subscriptions work?
Get your favorite PuriVibe blends delivered automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days. Just select Subscribe + Save on any product page, choose your delivery schedule, and enjoy an exclusive discount.
Can I have more than one subscription at a time?
Yes! You can set up multiple subscriptions with different delivery dates. For example, one product could arrive on the 9th of each month, and another on the 15th.
How do I update my billing information?
Log in to your subscription account and go to the Billing Information tab to update your payment method or billing address. (Note: This will not update your shipping address see below for those steps.)
Can I mix subscription and one-time products in the same order?
Absolutely! For example, you might get your favorite wellness shot on subscription, plus a one-time purchase of another PuriVibe blend you want to try.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Log in to your account, click Delivery Schedule, and hit Skip next to the delivery you want to skip.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log in, go to Subscriptions, click Edit next to your current address, and update your shipping info. This will only change your delivery address not your billing address.
What if a product in my subscription is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, your subscription will ship once it’s back. If you’d rather not wait, you can log in anytime and remove or swap the product.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Log in to your account, select your subscription, and choose Cancel.
Why can’t I use a discount code on my subscription?
Subscriptions already include a built-in discount, so additional promo codes can’t be applied.
Can I use a gift card for a subscription?
Gift cards can be used for one-time purchases, but not for subscription orders.
