Inspired by Brazilian Terere. A delicious passionfruit guava juice-infused & hydrating yerba mate tea mix with guaraná & herbal extracts
More than an energy drink, think juice-bar freshness with a Brazilian twist. We blended real passion fruit, guava, yerba mate tea, hydrating coconut water, botanicals and guaraná into a smooth energy ritual inspired by tereré - cold yerba mate sipped with fruit juice in South America. It’s bright, tropical, and crafted for clarity and flow with botanicals.
Note from our founder, Vanessa
Growing up with a Brazilian mother, I discovered tereré - the vibrant tradition of cold, juice-infused yerba mate from Brazilian juice bars. For me, yerba mate has always been the kind of drink that leaves me feeling satisfied, light, and energized, a refreshing alternative to coffee. This blend honors that heritage, bringing the lively energy of Brazil to your modern wellness routine.
Why You’ll Love It

Instant powder: No brewing tea, or heavy liquid cans & bottles. Just mix the powder with water and be energized, in seconds.

This PuriVibe energy drink powder promises 60 mg of caffeine per serving. Serving size is determined by a small plastic scoop that’s included in the package (see my photos).
Apart from the scoop, this package contains the drink mix in powder form. According to the package, all of the ingredients are some form of fruit powder or fruit extract powder. The caffeine is derived from
the Guarana Extract and Yerba Mate Extract.
The powder has a pastel yellow color, and a very strong tropical fruit punch scent.
Instructions say to mix one scoop in an 8 or 12 ounce glass of water. It tastes like tropical fruit punch, very sweet, though it’s only 20 calories and 1 g sugar per serving. I found no artificial sweeteners listed on the package.
This powdered drink mix tastes pretty good. I do wish it came in individual packets instead of a pile of powder and a scoop. I find individual packets to be more convenient.
The Puri Vibe Yerba Mate Energy Drinks Powder - Passion Fruit & Guava appears to be a well-made supplement. It features Yerba Mate with real fruit juice. I also appreciate that it contains no added sugar, aspartame, erythritol, artificial sweeteners, or artificial colors. The product is lab tested and made in a GMP certified facility, which gave me additional confidence in its quality.
My pouch arrived with approximately one year and ten months remaining before its expiration date, so it felt fresh and leaves plenty of time to use the entire supply.
The powder is easy to prepare and mixes smoothly with very little effort. The passion fruit and guava flavor is pleasantly sweet without tasting too artificial, making it easy to enjoy and incorporate into my daily routine. I also didn't experience any stomach discomfort or digestive issues while using it.
From my personal experience, I felt well hydrated after drinking it and noticed improved energy. Of course, individual experiences with dietary supplements can vary from person to person.
Overall, I was very pleased with the ingredient profile, freshness, mixability, and the attention to quality. Considering the number of servings and the reasonable price, I think it offers excellent value and has been a great addition to my routine. I was happy to give it a 5-star rating.

Thank you for your kind words, we're so glad you liked the taste.
This is not a hydration/electrolyte mix, even though its appearance and packaging are similar to other products that are. It's marketed as an energy drink, I suppose because of the yerba mate.
However, it does have a very pleasant, exotic fruit flavor that makes it a great treat on a hot afternoon. The powder dissolves easily and well into water. It's great on its own or with vodka mixed in (tequila would probably work well, too, but this really isn't fodder for a gin drink).
I like that it's a powder and doesn't need refrigeration and shouldn't have a practical expiration date. There are no added sugars here; it's naturally sweet from the fruit extracts without the need for anything artificial, such as sucralose, stevia, or erythritol. Recommended not as an energy drink but as a relatively healthful fruit punch.
We have tired several Purivibe drink powders with some being liked more than others. This is one that even my husband, who hates the taste of artificial sweeteners as well as plant based alternatives, actually liked. He can taste the monkfruit, but it is not overwhelming and the blend of flavors is palatable to even him. I like that the ingredient list is short and the calorie count is small. I'm a big water drinker, but I plan to use this powdered mix at lunch time to give me a little pick me up. One scoop makes anywhere from an 8-16 oz drink. I find that 12 oz is probably the best ratio as we find 16oz too watered down. I do find that even when I think I've really done a good job mixing, that there is still some undissolved powder so I tend to mix it in a measuring cup and pour the drink into my beverage cup, remixing whatever powder I see. Price is expensive, as is all their drink mixes, with each serving coming in at over a dollar, but competitive if compared with bottled drinks. If you are looking for a decent energy drink mix, this one is worth considering.
